That comes easy to Brad, who has had 30 years of sales, management and marketing experience ranging from Fortune 500 automotive, electrical and appliance firms, to consumer candy and snack companies, to numerous financial services and residential and commercial construction firms.

Keen analytical expertise combined with strong communication skills, enable Brad to collaborate with clients to discover the most critical benefits that they offer their customers. Brad then works closely with the client to develop key messages that are the cornerstone of a total integrated marketing communications program.

For Brad, this is where "the rubber hits the road" in terms of making sure that the client gets the results they are looking for in measurable terms. Drawing from his manufacturing background, Brad is used to calculating the ROI of any program that is launched and keeping the client informed of the progress. He also loves to contribute to the creative process and pushes everyone involved to deliver a truly "big idea" to the client.

Brad is a lifetime resident of Cincinnati, having grown up in Western Hills and attended Elder High School. A Bearcat booster, Brad earned an MBA from the University of Cincinnati graduating Summa Cum Laude. Now a resident of Madeira, Brad's move across town has made him very familiar with most parts of the Tri-State area. An avid golfer, Brad's adventures on the links have brought him in contact with interesting people all over the city.

Brad Gerdes holds a B.B.A. and an M.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati. Gerdes began his career as a financial analyst at Federated Department Stores. He moved from there to The Plastic Moldings Corporation, where he was Executive Vice President. He then made a career shift to the world of advertising, becoming President and owner of Influence, Inc., a full-service advertising agency. Gerdes’ sales and marketing experience enabled him to lead Influence to success during his 14 years there. He was also Director of Marketing for BEAT Personal Training.
