CINCINNATI, OH - March 6, 2009 — Justice & Young (J&Y) is providing design services in support of the Forest Hills School District (FHSD) operating levy which will come up for vote May 5. The local marketing and public relations agency, based in Newtown, is donating their services.

The 6.9 mils levy will fund general operating expenses including utilities, instructional materials and the ability to recruit and retain highly qualified staff.”

“The proposed levy will cost homeowners an annual $204.82 for every $100,000 in assessed market value. When compared to the other six county school districts (Indian Hill, Loveland, Madeira, Mariemont, Sycamore and Wyoming) who, like FHSD, have received an 'Excellent' or 'Excellent with Distinction' rating from the state for eight or more consecutive years, FHSD has the second lowest per-pupil cost.
